Welcome to Grace Yoga
'Intuitive Yoga' 

Victoria offers client-centred 121 and small group yoga sessions. Her approach is Intuitive, meaning it's all about listening and tuning in to your body.  Everyday we will have varying levels of flexibility, emotional and physical energy as well as movement needs.  Listening to these needs and not to others is the key to Intuitive Yoga.

 

Victoria works with adults and children, both neurotypical and neurodivergent.

GRACE YOGA CLASS METHODOLOGY

 

My aim is to make my classes inclusive.  I am not about competing with your body or with others.  The intuitive approach encourages Yogis and Yoginis who attend to work to the tune of their own body.  I always stick to the same class formula to create consistency and boundaries:

  • Arrival, grounding in presence and breathing​

  • Whole body warm up

  • Asanas, flow poses

  • Balance

  • Inversions

  • Relax, assimilate and breath work

Whilst I suggest class content and demonstrate your judgement is key; free styling is encouraged.

Your own body, energy levels, emotional stability and flexibility and strength are your best guide.  Growing awareness of this is huge life asset tapping into the forgotten art of proprioception and interception. Our aim is to work to your strengths engendering a class that is beneficial to you and not just to others.
